- Veterinary Internist or Medical Oncologist
Description
Imagine Asheville’s outdoor culture combined with Silicon Valley’s economic engine.
Welcome to Northwest Arkansas.
It’s one of the fastest-growing regions in the country—driven by high-income corporate wealth, world-class arts, and an outdoor culture that rivals Boulder or Asheville.
Bentonville is rated the #1 destination in the world in 2026 by Travel and Leisure magazine for culture.
Yet, an underserved population of 600,000 residents (and over 1 million within two hours) currently has virtually no specialized veterinary care.
The Opportunity: Bentonville Veterinary Specialists is a privately owned, surgeon-led specialty hospital opening in Spring 2027. We’re seeking a founding Internist or Oncologist to build and lead a premier service from the ground up—backed by a state-of-the-art 12,000 sq. ft. facility, cutting-edge tech (including 160-slice CT), a 4-day workweek, and an option for equity partnership.
10 minutes from chart to trail: 200+ miles of world-class mountain biking and hiking right outside your clinic door.
World-class culture: Home to Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, James Beard–nominated dining, and vibrant live music.
Zero hassle: Direct, non-stop flights to 23 major U.S. cities via XNA, top-ranked public schools, and a thriving, low-crime community.
Stop competing in saturated corporate markets. Build a legacy, own a piece of the practice, and enjoy an extraordinary quality of life.
