Description
Come join the PhysioHealth Magic
Our PhysioHealth Corrimal team is growing, and we are on the lookout for our next brilliant Physiotherapist.
And not just any physio.
We are looking for someone with heart, curiosity, good energy, a love of people, and a little spark in their step.
PhysioHealth is a multi-award-winning, colourful, innovative and slightly disco-ball-powered healthcare practice doing things differently in the Illawarra.
We are here for connection.
For confidence.
For strong bodies.
For big beliefs.
For putting the care back into healthcare.
Our active approach to injury management takes you beyond the treatment rooms and into our TWO spacious, fully equipped rehab gyms and Pilates studio, where you will bring exercise-as-medicine to life.
There may be beats pumping through the laneway speakers.
There may be a disco ball.
And.. there will definitely be a team that cares deeply.
What we do
Our services include:
Physiotherapy | Exercise Physiology | Clinical Pilates | Cancer Rehab | Lymphoedema Therapy | Pain Management | Headache & Migraine Care | Kids & Teens Strength Programs
Our team mission is simple:
Happy team. Happy people.
And the phrase we live by is:
Tutto è possibile — anything is possible.
Why this role might be perfect for you
This role is for the physio who wants more than a job. It is for the physio who wants to belong somewhere.
Somewhere colourful, supportive, science-backed, human-first and full of momentum.
At PhysioHealth, you will have the chance to:
- Build your own clinical niche and career pathway.
- Be supported to grow, not just survive.
- Work across treatment rooms, rehab gyms and Pilates spaces.
- Be part of a team that genuinely loves learning.
- Join team days, book club, mentoring and professional development that actually lights you up.
- Receive in-house training plus generous allowances for external courses.
- Work with a leadership team that backs you, challenges you and celebrates your growth.
- Be part of a culture that celebrates wins, ideas, effort, courage and the occasional glorious mess that comes with trying new things.
And yes — we will absolutely celebrate your wins.
The big ones. The small ones. The clinical breakthroughs. The “I finally nailed that explanation” moments. The “my patient just did the thing they thought they’d never do again” moments.
That is the good stuff.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who:
- Loves people.
- Loves learning.
- Has a warm, caring approach.
- Believes movement is medicine.
- Enjoys being part of a team.
- Is excited by active rehab and helping people build confidence.
- Can bring clinical reasoning, curiosity and a good dose of heart.
- Wants to grow into their own version of an excellent clinician.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication skills
New graduates and experienced physios are both welcome.
You just need to bring the passion, the care, the willingness to learn, and the courage to jump in.
We can help with the rest.
Full-time or part-time options considered.
Why PhysioHealth?
Because we are building something special.
A place where clients feel seen.
A place where clinicians feel supported.
A place where exercise is medicine, connection is therapy, and culture is not a buzzword — it is the energy in the room.
We care about doing excellent work.
But we also care about enjoying the work, growing through it, and building a team that feels proud of what they are part of.
