Kidiotherapy is looking for a Paediatric Physiotherapist (Level 1, 2 or 3) to join our friendly and experienced team for a 12-month maternity leave position commencing December 2026 / January 2027.

Based in Sutherland in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire, this is a fantastic opportunity for a physiotherapist who loves working with children and wants to be part of a supportive team where clinical excellence, professional development, collaboration and fun are genuinely valued.

About Kidiotherapy

Kidiotherapy is a well-established and highly regarded paediatric physiotherapy clinic based in Sutherland, in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire.

We provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and intervention for children and young people aged 0–20 years, working with both private clients and participants of the NDIS.

Our clients present with a diverse range of needs, including developmental delay, neurological and neuromuscular conditions, neurodivergence, genetic conditions, musculoskeletal and orthopaedic presentations, and other developmental and physical disabilities.

About the Role

As a Paediatric Physiotherapist at Kidiotherapy, you will:

• Provide high-quality physiotherapy assessment and intervention to children and young people with a diverse range of presentations.
• Work with both private clients and NDIS participants.
• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans based on each child’s needs and goals.
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based and goal-directed physiotherapy intervention.
• Develop practical home and community programs in collaboration with children and their families.
• Work closely with parents, carers, educators and other health professionals to provide coordinated and holistic care.
• Communicate treatment plans, progress and recommendations clearly with families and other members of the child’s multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, reports and home programs.
• Contribute positively to our collaborative and supportive team environment.

The position is predominantly clinic-based, with the possibility of some mobile/community services where appropriate.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

You will require:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Relevant paediatric physiotherapy experience appropriate to a Level 1, 2 or 3 position.
• An interest in working with children with a broad range of developmental, neurological, neurodivergent and musculoskeletal presentations.
• Experience working with NDIS participants is desirable.
