Description

We’re looking for a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our growing outpatient orthopedic practice. This role is ideal for a PTA who enjoys working with motivated patients, collaborating with a strong clinical team, and seeing real functional outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Lead patients through therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
Apply modalities and assist with manual therapy within scope of practice
Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the PT
Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
Support clinic flow and maintain a safe, efficient treatment environment

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
Current Texas PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Nice to Have

Outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine experience
Experience with post-operative rehab
Familiarity with EMR systems
