Physical Therapist (Per Diem)

Inspira Health, the region’s leading network of healthcare providers, is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our Physical Therapy team in Mullica Hill, NJ. This position requires availability for two weekend days per month, with preferred weekday coverage as needed. In this role, you will examine, evaluate, and diagnose patients with impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities, while developing and implementing individualized plans of care. You will also play a key role in patient and family education and supervise support personnel to ensure the highest quality of care. This is a day shift position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $63.

Responsibilities:

      Examine, evaluate, and diagnose patient impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities

      Develop and implement individualized treatment plans of care

      Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, exercises, and recovery goals

      Direct and supervise physical therapy support personnel

      Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records

      Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

      Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program required

      Current New Jersey Physical Therapy license required

      Acute care and/or outpatient experience preferred

      BLS certification (American Heart Association) required within 60 days of hire; additional specialty certification preferred
