Neurology Opportunity in Midland, MI

You've built your neurology skillset, now step into a role designed for strong clinical focus and real schedule control. This is a Neurology position with options ranging from primarily outpatient care to a hospitalist/hybrid model, depending on what fits your practice style. Practice Overview

• You'll join an established neurology team with strong APP support and dedicated neuro hospitalist coverage
• Primarily outpatient-focused role available, with no inpatient consult requirement
• General outpatient neurology with procedural opportunities (EMG, Botox, nerve blocks)
• Option for hybrid or neuro hospitalist work, plus collaboration with an academic partner and residency involvement

Schedule

• Outpatient option with flexible scheduling and about 36 patient-facing hours per week
• No call required for the outpatient position
• Hospitalist option: 7 on / 7 off, 7:00a-7:00p with overnight call coverage (7:00p-7:00a)
• Hybrid flexibility may include telehealth and satellite coverage, based on team needs

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary around $340,000 plus additional earning potential
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
• Medical benefits, malpractice with tail coverage, and retirement plans (403(b) & 457)
• PTO: 200 hours and CME allowance: $3,000

Candidate Requirements

• BE/BC Neurologist
• All experience levels considered, including new grads and experienced physicians
• No visa sponsorship available
• Comfort with outpatient general neurology; procedural interest (EMG/Botox/nerve blocks) welcomed
