Description
Clinical Massage Therapist & Advanced Modality Technician
Position Type: Part-Time with transition to Full-time (W-2 Employee)
Compensation: Depends on Experience. Hourly + % of services rendered
Benefits: 401K eligible and Paid time off once working full time, fully sponsored specialized certification as shockwave technician and chiropractic assistant.
Position Overview
Are you a data-driven Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who looks at the body through a functional, corrective lens? Are you looking to protect your hands, prevent burnout, and expand your clinical toolkit?
We are seeking a results-oriented therapist for a hybrid clinical role. In this position, you will split your time between targeted, hands-on therapeutic bodywork and running our high-impact, non-invasive radial shockwave machine. You will work directly under clinical supervision to accelerate healing for patients dealing with stubborn, chronic soft-tissue conditions like plantar fasciitis and tendonopathies. No prior shockwave experience is required—we provide full, paid specialized training and certification.
Key Responsibilities
Targeted Clinical Massage: Deliver specialized, hands-on soft tissue manipulation (NMT, myofascial, or sports massage) tailored to patient treatment plans.
Shockwave Therapy Operation: Administer non-invasive radial shockwave treatments under direct clinical delegation and supervision.
Patient Progress Tracking: Document treatment notes, chart patient progress, and collaborate with our clinical team to adjust recovery protocols.
Ergonomic Integration: Seamlessly alternate between manual therapies and technological modalities to maintain your own physical longevity and stamina.
Why Join Our Team?
Save Your Hands: Outfitted with top-tier technology, this dual role allows you to achieve profound patient outcomes without draining your physical stamina.
Paid Professional Development: We fully sponsor and pay for your specialized certification through recognized physical agent modality training programs.
W-2 Stability: Enjoy a predictable schedule, steady hourly pay (not just piece-rate per massage), and a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment.
Mentorship & Growth: Work side by side with two chiropractic physicians to up your game, expand your clinical knowledge, and elevate your approach to patient care.
