Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat new and follow-up patients
Develop individualized treatment plans for musculoskeletal, orthopedic and spine-related conditions
Perform interventional pain procedures and injections
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and other multidisciplinary providers
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care
Requirements
Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine
Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Medicine
Background in PM&R, Anesthesiology, Neurology or another qualifying specialty
Active California or Arizona medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Personal injury and workers’ compensation experience preferred but not required
