Hematology/Oncology Opportunity in North Carolina

You'll step into a Hematology/Oncology role focused on outpatient cancer care in a mountain community setting. Practice Overview

• Outpatient Hematology/Oncology practice within a community cancer center setting
• No inpatient work and no call responsibilities
• Supported by 3 APPs who see patients autonomously and oversee the infusion area
• EMR: Epic

Schedule

• 4-day work week
• Average clinic volume: 17 patients/day
• No call
• Physician leader option includes 10-20% administrative time per week

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary: $650,000 (range $650,000-$700,000) with a production option available
• Sign-on bonus: up to $200,000
• Time off: 6 weeks vacation & CME per year; CME allowance: $4,000/year
• Health & retirement benefits; paid malpractice with tail coverage

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• 2027/2028 graduates Welcomed
