Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician for our Perry, Florida location.
TMH Physician Partners is a long-standing Primary Care group serving the Big Bend Region of North Florida. Our practices are open from 8 am to 5 pm Monday-Friday with the opportunity for additional late night and weekend hours.
Perry, Florida sits just 40 miles south of Tallahassee and is a small, quiet but vibrant community. TMH has a longstanding partnership with the community that includes joint administration with Doctor's Memorial Hospital (DMH). Additionally, TMH and its specialist physicians work with DMH to rotate doctors and Advanced Providers into weekly clinics to provide our patients with great care, right at home.

Physician Partners is a community-based, multi-specialty network affiliated with Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare. As a member of our network of physicians, you will have easy access to our network of care that includes; Primary Care, Bariatrics, Endocrinology, Lipids, Cancer, Cardiology/Cardiothoracic Surgery, Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, Genetics, Maternal-Fetal, Mental Health, Neurology, Pain Management, Rheumatology, Sleep Medicine, General Surgery, Urology and Vascular Surgery.
Call is shared by all the TMH Physician Partner Practices, making it 1:12 on the weekends and 1:5 during the week. We are looking for a highly engaged physician who can see the long-term value in the practice and wants to engage in their patients' preventative, primary care.

Requirements: Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in their specialty. Candidates must be able to obtain a Florida License.
