We are officially launching our CRIMINAL DEFENSE DIVISION and are seeking a high-guts, trial-ready Criminal Defense Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join us. Pay: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage a heavy and diverse caseload of misdemeanor and felony criminal defense matters from inception through resolution.
Represent clients aggressively at arraignments, bail hearings, preliminary hearings, motions, and jury trials throughout Southern California.
Conduct legal research, draft motions (including motions to dismiss and suppress), and negotiate strategic plea agreements with prosecutors.
Coordinate with our internal family law division to capture and litigate cross-pollinated criminal matters (e.g., domestic violence, restraining orders).
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of dedicated criminal defense or prosecution experience. An Exceptional, proven trial record is mandatory.
License: Active, in good standing with the State Bar of California.
Skills: Exceptional courtroom presence, sharp analytical skills, and a deeply collaborative attitude.
Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit who thrives on building systems, managing support staff, and scaling a division.
