Description
MAESC is an epilepsy center in the Mid-Atlantic region with 4 epileptologists. Our multi-disciplinary team is comprised of fellowship-trained, board certified-neurologists and epilepsy neurosurgeons, neuropsychologists, clinical psychologists, epilepsy nurses, advanced nurse clinicians and practitioners, EEG technologists, and nutritionists. We utilize and implement all currently accepted modern-day diagnostic and treatment modalities, continuous video-EEG, critical care monitoring, VNS, and RNS and collaborate with the NIH for intracranial EEG, stereo-EEG, and functional mapping. We also have a thriving research section.
MAESC is seeking to fill a position for: an adult epilepsy specialist. The successful candidate will have completed a minimum of one-year epilepsy fellowship at an accredited institution, be board certified or board eligible in neurology and be board certified or board eligible in neurophysiology and/or epilepsy.
Salary is commensurate with level of experience and highly competitive. Employee benefits include 401K, health care, malpractice insurance, and 4 weeks of vacation annually.
