Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room

Inspira Health, the region’s leading network of healthcare providers, is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Operating Room team in Mullica Hill, NJ. This day-shift position (6:45 AM–5:15 PM) provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced, collaborative surgical environment. In this role, you will utilize the nursing process to meet the needs of patients, families, and the multidisciplinary care team while ensuring compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements. This position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus with applicable experience and a pay range of $45.58–$60.35 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process to support safe, high-quality surgical outcomes
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary surgical team
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and clinical staff throughout the perioperative experience
• Ensure compliance with Inspira Health policies, nursing standards of practice, and regulatory requirements
• Support a patient-centered, team-oriented operating room environment

Qualifications:

• Enrollment in a BSN or MSN program from an accredited school of professional nursing within six (6) months of hire or rehire, with graduation required on or before the third employment anniversary date
• BSN or MSN graduates preferred
• Current New Jersey RN licensure required
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required
• National certification in area of specialty preferred
• Grandfathered educational exemptions may apply based on original hire date
