My practice focuses on therapeutic outcomes, postural restoration, and long-term client progress. This is a collaborative environment where therapists are encouraged to develop their own style within a thoughtful, client-centered framework.

Role Overview

• Independent contractor position
• Percentage-based commission (60-70%)
• Afternoon and evening shifts required
• Paid training
• Practice emphasis is therapeutic and corrective care, not spa massage

Experience with corrective exercise, movement-based approaches, or postural assessment is a plus — but not required. Support and mentorship are available for therapists who are interested in expanding in those areas.

Requirements

• Current PA massage therapy license and professional liability insurance
• Strong foundational skills in therapeutic modalities (deep tissue, myofascial, neuromuscular work, etc.)
• Thoughtful, client-centered approach to treatment planning
• Interest in continued learning and professional development
• Openness to collaboration and case discussion
• Professionalism, reliability, and clear communication
