As the Senior Manager of Learning & Development, you will lead systemwide initiatives designed to build skills, strengthen leadership pipelines, and support long-term organizational success. You’ll translate competency models into real, measurable learning solutions—impacting everyone from frontline employees to senior leaders.

In this strategic role, you will:

•  Oversee the design, execution, and evaluation of enterprise-wide learning initiatives
•  Build and deliver leadership development programs for all organizational levels
• Manage partnerships with universities, certification bodies, and learning vendors
• Translate regulatory needs into targeted, compliant learning solutions
• Lead career advancement initiatives and workforce development strategies
• Apply advanced adult learning and instructional design principles to digital, blended, and instructor-led programs

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s in organizational development, HR, Instructional Design, or related field required
• 5+ years designing and facilitating leadership development programs
• 5+ years leading enterprise-wide learning initiatives and strategic projects
• Expertise in adult learning, instructional design, and digital/blended learning
• Strong background measuring ROI and evaluating program effectiveness
• Skilled at needs assessment and end-to-end learning program design, Effective facilitation and translating learning of regulatory requirements.
