General Neurology Opportunity in South Lake Tahoe, CA / Stateline, NV

Build and lead your own outpatient general neurology practice with strong institutional and network support. This role is designed for a physician seeking autonomy, a predictable schedule, and the ability to shape a long-term practice while maintaining balance.

Practice Overview

• Establish and lead a solo general neurology practice with full administrative and clinical support
• Outpatient-focused adult neurology practice with access to subspecialty neurology collaboration as needed
• Broad general neurology case mix including migraine, epilepsy, dementia, Parkinson's disease, and multiple sclerosis
• EEG and EMG interpretation included as part of the practice scope
• Acute stroke cases transferred out, allowing focus on outpatient neurology care

Schedule

• Full-time position with a 32-hour clinical workweek
• Primarily outpatient clinic responsibilities with limited phone consults for hospitalists
• No inpatient rounding or hospital call
• Predictable schedule structured to support physician wellness and career longevity

Compensation & Benefits

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurologist
• Comfortable managing a wide range of adult general neurology conditions
• Experience with or willingness to interpret EEGs and EMGs
• Interest in building and growing a long-term outpatient neurology practice
