Join our busy and rewarding team-oriented environment. We have an opening for a Certified Orthotist and / or a Clinical Orthotic Resident. This is an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and develop your clinical skills in a supportive and innovative setting while working with a diverse and collaborative team.
About the Role
As an Orthotic Resident, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and experience a full residency program, gaining advanced education and hands-on skills under the guidance of 3 experienced Certified Orthotists, 3 Orthotic Technicians, and a Clinical Orthotic Assistant.
As a Certified Orthotist you’ll have the opportunity to work with a great diverse collaborative team striving to provide the best possible orthotic outcomes for our clients.
Our clinic provides comprehensive orthotic care for a diverse clientele, offering unique opportunities to work with state-of-the-art orthotic devices across a wide range of clinical areas, including:
Orthopedics
Neuromuscular conditions
Paediatrics
Scoliosis
Cranial Remolding
Clubfoot Clinics
Foot orthotics
Sports medicine
We collaborate closely with rehabilitation teams—including orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, pediatricians, physiatrists, physical therapists, and occupational therapists—to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care. Our clinic integrates outcome measures and electronic medical charting to ensure high standards of care and clinical efficiency.

Requirements
Graduate of the George Brown College or BCIT Orthotics and Prosthetics Program
Canadian Certified orthotist or ABC Certified Orthotist
Eligible for Orthotics Residency through Orthotics Prosthetics Canada (OPC)
Strong interest in working with pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skill
Passion for continuous learning and professional development
