A growing cancer program in El Paso is seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician to join a well-supported, forward-looking service line, with a new hem/onc facility planned and a next-generation Cancer Center in development. This is a rare opportunity to join a program on an upward trajectory before the build-out is complete, with academic connections, modern technology, and the infrastructure to support a long and productive career.
Practice Details
- Collaborative Hematology and Oncology team with academic partnerships through a regional medical school and teaching opportunities available but not required
- Integrated EMR with AI-supported note generation to reduce documentation burden
- Six dedicated oncology navigators supporting patient education and care coordination
- Automated chemotherapy management enhancements scheduled to launch in 2026
Schedule
- Monday through Thursday at the primary clinic location, with a Friday half-day at a secondary clinic
- Balanced mix of new consultations and follow-up visits with manageable daily volume
- Shared call rotation of approximately two weeks every six weeks
- Optional procedures and flexibility for physicians joining the program
