Atlantic Health System is Seeking a Part-Time Advanced Practice Professional (NP/PA) for Pediatric Neurology

Atlantic Health System, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking a Part-Time Advanced Practice Professional (NP/PA) to join the Division of Child Neurology at Morristown Medical Center, Overlook Medical Center and a satellite location which is to be determined. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work with a flexible schedule and have a passion for providing exceptional patient care, while working in a collaborative environment that is engaging and supportive.

As a Pediatric Neurology APP, you will be responsible for performing thorough history and physical examinations, ordering, and reviewing results of laboratory and radiology studies, prescribing, and renewing medications, and developing and appropriately adjusting treatment plans. Additionally, you will provide counseling and education to patients and families about neurological diseases and medications. You will also triage and respond to patient and family phone calls, maintain ongoing communication with collaborating physicians, and participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects.
